These Official Rules govern the Elaka launch giveaway. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
Anyone may join the Elakawaitlist worldwide. The giveaway is open only to individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry and are legal residents of an eligible country: the United States (excluding any state where registration or bonding applies), the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and the member states of the European Economic Area. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Vaulo Studio Inc and their immediate families are not eligible. Where the law of a winner's country requires it (for example, Canada), the winner must correctly answer a skill-testing question before claiming a prize.
The giveaway opens and closes on dates to be announced on this page and on our social channels. Entries received outside that period are void.
Join the Elaka waitlist with a valid email address for one (1) entry. Add a valid phone number for one (1) additional entry, for two entries in total. No purchase, payment, or social media connection is required to enter. Limit one waitlist record per person. Duplicate or fraudulent entries are void.
The prizes and their approximate retail values will be announced on this page and on our social channels before the giveaway opens. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except at our discretion. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.
Winners are chosen by random draw. Winners are announced on Elaka's social channels (Instagram, TikTok, X) and are also notified directly by email or phone within two (2) business days of the draw. A winner must respond within two (2) business days of notification, or an alternate winner may be chosen. Where required in a winner's country, the winner must first correctly answer a skill-testing question to claim a prize.

We handle the information you submit under our Privacy Policy. We use it to run the giveaway and to send launch and giveaway updates, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
